We spent the weekend enjoying the sights and sounds of Munich Center. August is the high travel season for most of Europe, as children go to school right until the end of July, then return in the beginning of September. So for those four weeks in August everyone is very busy traveling somewhere, and all the best travel destinations are packed with people. So we are sitting back and chilling out and waiting for the high travel season to come to an end so we can hit the road again with very little tourists in our path!
So here we are in the Hofgarten just outside of Odeonplatz enjoying the flowers, playing kick with a ball, and a little petanque as well.
Here is Tristan getting a few pointers from his daddy! By the way, NO ONE has ever beaten Christian at Petanque....no one.

We enjoyed the Vitualienmarkt for all the fresh produce on display. It is the largest and oldest food market in Munich. I was able to get some yummy beets and summer squash....so good!
Nice form Tristan!
